Is this a typical use case for a cluster of HPE SimpliVity 380Gs?

A customer has a Microsoft Hyper-V virtualized environment. You are helping a customer replace some of the hosts with an HPE SimpliVity cluster.
Is this a correct guideline for adding and managing the new cluster?
Use the Deployment Manager with Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) to add nodes to SCVMM one at a time.
A customer has an HPE FlexFabric data center network, which was working correctly. Then the customer added VMware NSX, and now VM-to-VM traffic in logical networks is not being forwarded by the network infrastructure.
Could this be the issue?
The FlexFabric switches are not configured with an expanded VLAN set to match the VNIs in logical switches.
The architect must design Microsoft Storage Spaces Direct on HPE infrastructure, in order to meet customer requirements.
Is this a correct principle that the architect must consider?
Use the same RAID level on storage pool drives and the drives with OS volumes.
